• What is Auric Advisory?
  Auric Advisory is an independent HR consulting and organisational psychology practice founded by Enoch Osei and based in Reykjavík, Iceland. It serves SMEs, founders, and leadership teams across Iceland, the wider Nordic region, the United Kingdom, and Sub-Saharan Africa. The practice operates at the intersection of rigorous HR strategy, applied organizational psychology, and considered cross-cultural perspective.
• Who is behind the practice?
  Enoch Osei is an organisational psychologist and senior HR professional with over a decade of experience across Sub-Saharan Africa and Northern Europe. He holds an MSc in Organisational Psychology and HRM from Reykjavík University (2022), is a CPHR membership applicant, and is trilingual in English, Icelandic, and Twi. He is also the author of REFINED (2026), a memoir on the making of identity through pressure.
• What services does Auric Advisory offer?
  Three core offerings. Strategic HR advisory for SMEs and scaling organizations, covering policy, compliance, engagement, and people strategy. Organisational psychology consulting for engagement measurement, team dynamics, performance architecture, and culture initiatives. Keynote speaking on leadership, cross-cultural organizational life, and human flourishing at work. Detailed scope is agreed per engagement.
• Where are your clients based?
  Auric Advisory serves clients primarily in Iceland and the wider Nordic region, with additional engagements across the United Kingdom and Sub-Saharan Africa. Work is delivered in-person in the Reykjavík area and remotely for international clients. Travel for on-site engagement is arranged per scope.
• How do engagements typically work?
  Every engagement begins with a free 60-minute discovery conversation to understand the situation, the stakes, and whether Auric Advisory is the right fit. A scoped written proposal follows within five working days, defining objectives, deliverables, timeline, and fee. On acceptance, the work proceeds in structured phases with documented checkpoints. Most engagements run between two weeks and six months depending on scope.
• How are fees determined?
  Every engagement is scoped and priced individually. Fees reflect the work required, the organization's size, and the desired outcomes, and are confirmed in a written proposal after the discovery call. Auric Advisory works with organizations at various stages, from small founder-led teams to established companies, and the approach is adjusted accordingly. All engagements begin with a complimentary 60-minute discovery conversation with no obligation to continue.
• How quickly can you start?
  Most engagements begin within one to three weeks of agreement on scope. Urgent situations — disciplinary matters, grievance investigations, or live people issues — can be accommodated with 48 hours notice subject to current availability. Larger multi-month engagements usually start within four weeks to allow proper setup.
• Do you work with small companies?
  Yes. A significant portion of Auric Advisory's practice is with SMEs of 5 to 50 employees. The work is scaled to match the stage. Founders and small teams receive focused, high-leverage guidance rather than institutional process imposed from outside. Engagement structures are adjusted so the service remains accessible to organizations that don't yet carry a full-time HR function.
• What languages do you work in?
  English and Icelandic for client engagements. Icelandic-language document drafting is handled in partnership with local translation specialists when required for regulatory or contractual purposes. Twi is available for engagements with Ghanaian diaspora organizations or West African clients.
• How is confidentiality handled?
  All engagements operate under a written Confidentiality and Data Handling agreement. Personal data is processed in accordance with Icelandic Act 90/2018 on Data Protection and the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Client names are never disclosed without written permission. Confidentiality survives the end of the engagement indefinitely.
• Do you speak at conferences and internal events?
  Yes. Auric Advisory delivers keynotes, fireside conversations, and intimate leadership sessions. Typical topics include identity at work, cross-cultural organizational life, the making of leaders through pressure and refinement, and human flourishing in modern workplaces. A formal speaker kit is available on request. Past engagements have included church leadership events, diaspora gatherings, and HR community sessions.
